🎯 The Problem

When I joined Instill Labs, they had a powerful idea but no shipped product. HR teams at Fortune 500 companies desperately needed tools to measure and improve workplace culture using behavioral science, but existing solutions were either too academic or too simplistic.

🔧 How I Tackled It

Step 1: Deep Customer Discovery

Before writing a single PRD, I spent 3 months conducting 100+ discovery interviews with HR leaders, Chief People Officers, and culture consultants across Fortune 500 companies. I wasn't pitching - I was learning.

Key insight: They didn't want another survey tool. They wanted a system that could continuously measure culture, predict risk areas, and recommend interventions backed by behavioral science.

Step 2: Strategic Roadmap & Prioritization

I synthesized all the discovery insights into a clear product roadmap with 3 phases:
